SWITCHOFFSET()
SWITCHOFFSET() is a SQL function in the Date/Time Functions category. SQL Server: changes the timezone offset of a DATETIMEOFFSET value without changing the UTC time. The syntax is SWITCHOFFSET(datetimeoffset, timezone). It accepts datetimeoffset, timezone. It returns timezone-switched datetime.
