CURDATE()
CURDATE() is a SQL function in the Date/Time Functions category. Returns the current date without time. The syntax is CURDATE(). It accepts none. It returns current date. A typical example: SELECT CURDATE(); -- 2026-06-06 A close relative is NOW(), which returns the current date and time as a timestamp.
